Who owns aSoberBed

Spain Companies LLC owns and operates aSoberBed. It is a family-owned company. Its own website is spaincos.com.

The same company owns the three sites listed below. We name Spain Companies LLC next to every link we publish to one of them.

The four sites

All four are operated by Spain Companies LLC. None of them is an independent review of another.

Why they are separate sites

The split is a legal one, not a marketing one.

• Treatment. A federal law called EKRA covers addiction and mental health treatment. It limits how a facility may pay for a referral. Fees on aSoberBed are flat. They never change with how many people call or admit.
• Insurance. AllowanceHealth deals with health plans. Insurance advertising is licensed and regulated state by state. Those rules do not apply to a directory.
• Different money, different notices. Each site earns money in its own way. Each one has to explain that on its own pages.

Putting all four on one site would blur those lines. Keeping them apart keeps each set of rules clear.

What a link between our sites means

• It is our own sister site, not an outside recommendation.
• We name Spain Companies LLC in the same block as the link, every time.
• No money changes hands when you follow it.
• Each site has its own privacy policy and its own note on how it is paid. Read the one for the site you are on.

The trade-off we are making

One combined site would probably do better in search than four smaller ones. We know that. The legal lines matter more to us than the ranking.
